Duration:
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. MST on September 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2008.
Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who, at of the time of entry, are licensed independent insurance agents. Participant must be at least 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers and managers of MiniCo, Inc., their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Prize:
One prize will be awarded in the sweepstakes. The prize includes the following:
- Round-trip airline transportation, coach class, for two passengers from winner’s home airport to Las Vegas.
- Deluxe, double occupancy accommodations for two nights.
- Two passes to attend the Inside Self-Storage Expo to be held in Las Vegas, January 27-28, 2009.
- Check for $300.
Estimated retail value of the prize to be awarded is $1500.00. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution will be permitted. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner should consult his/her tax advisor regarding the reporting of trip value as income.
Travel Arrangements:
MiniCo, Inc. and/or its appointed travel agency will make all travel and accommodation arrangements. Should the winner choose to extend his/her stay in Las Vegas, winner will be responsible for making supplemental travel and accommodation arrangements. MiniCo, Inc. will not be responsible for costs incurred by winner other than those listed above under the heading “Prize.”
How To Enter:
Submit a completed MiniCo application for an insurance quote for coverage on a self‑storage operation to MiniCo, Inc. between 12:01 a.m. MST on September 1, 2008, and 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2008. Account effective dates occurring after March 31, 2008, are NOT eligible. Completed applications may be submitted to MiniCo, Inc. via fax, e-mail or mail (see below):

Each eligible application submitted equals one entry into the sweepstakes.
Restrictions:
All entries become the property of MiniCo, Inc. and will not be returned.
MiniCo, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for the following:
- Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries;
- Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer failures or difficulties of any kind or any disconnection or error;
- Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
- Any condition caused by events beyond the control of MiniCo, Inc. that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or canceled;
- Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the sweepstakes; or
- Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes. MiniCo, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this sweepstakes at any time.
Selection of Winner:
Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held on January 5, 2009, at MiniCo, Inc. All decisions of MiniCo, Inc. are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of total eligible entries received by the deadline. The winner will be notified by e‑mail and/or regular mail within 24 hours after drawing is completed. The winner will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail (customercare@minico.com) or regular mail. MiniCo, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim prize, or fails to timely return completed and executed affidavit and releases required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Participation:
By submitting an application for an insurance quote to MiniCo, participant releases and holds harmless MiniCo, Inc., its employees, officers, managers, representatives, legal advisors, and agents for, from, and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, related to the sweepstakes or arising from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
