In the past few weeks, we’ve collected your feedback on our service and products from our annual Agent Satisfaction Survey, and we are currently wrapping up our annual Las Vegas contest. We see signs of improvement, but economic challenges will remain in 2010 for the self-storage operator. Our goal will be to continue to provide a quality product at a competitive price. As you know, obtaining the right price for the risk is critical to the long-term sustainability of a program. It is our company’s belief that we have an obligation to the self-storage operator and the agent to underwrite and price for profitability. To support your efforts, MiniCo will continue in 2010 to invest in significant marketing initiatives to promote the specialty insurance programs to self-storage professionals and communicate the value of utilizing their local independent agent. MiniCo will also continue to recognize those agents that have been identified as Select Agents, and we will work diligently to help them build their self-storage books of business.

APR is currently 9.990 No credit check for accounts under $50,000 Down payment is 12% of the premium for MiniPak Gold and 6% on umbrella for the majority of clients Balance is paid in 11 equal payments beginning 30 days after the policy effective date Policyholder will receive a bill from Broadway Premium Funding Corporation 19 days in advance of the payment due date Broadway Premium Funding Corporation will provide the insured and agent access to online and telephonic systems which will enable both parties to receive information to include payment history and next payment due date. The toll free telephone number and online access information will be mailed to the insured and agent 5 to 7 business days after MiniCo’s receipt of the premium finance agreement.
