BAYTOWN FACILITY WINS GRAND PRIZE IN MINICO’S
TENANTONE DIRECT™ TEXAS GIVEAWAY
PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Drive Up Self Storage in Baytown, Texas, was named the grand prize winner of MiniCo’s TenantOne Direct Texas giveaway. The facility is owned and operated by KM Property Management, LLC. The grand prize package included two two-day passes to the recent Texas Self Storage Association Annual Convention plus a check for $500.
The TenantOne Direct contest was open to all Texas self-storage owners enrolled in MiniCo’s TenantOne Direct storage customer insurance program and ran from May 1 through September 30, 2007.
