ARLINGTON OWNER NAMED SECOND WINNER IN
MINICO'S TENANTONE DIRECTT TEXAS GIVEAWAY

PHOENIX, ARIZ. – On June 29, 2007, Donald Valk, owner of Assured Self Storage in Arlington, was drawn as the second winner of MiniCo’s TenantOne Direct Texas giveaway. Mr. Valk will receive a $100 Home Depot® giftcard.

TenantOne Direct is the mostly widely used direct self-storage tenant insurance program in the United States.

The TenantOne Direct contest is open to all Texas self-storage owners enrolled in MiniCo’s TenantOne Direct storage customer insurance program and runs from May 1 through September 30, 2007. Four $100 Home Depot® giftcards will be given away. A grand prize winner will be selected on October 2 to receive two two-day passes to the upcoming Texas Self Storage Association Annual Convention plus a check for $500.
